How does TAP work?
Emergent Music is accepting tracks from artists and labels by invitation for the launch period that will be offered at no cost to our user base. These tracks offer precise positioning for your music, and will be recommended directly and prominently to individual users who have musical tastes similar to your artist. Also, tracks will be listed by genre in our free music bin for all users can browse.

What's in it for the artist and label?
TAP allows you to reach individuals directly and efficiently who like similar music. Users can play the track, add it to their collection, and email a friend. When users want to find out more about a track's origin, FlyFi will direct them to the Internet reseller of your choice, provided that we have an affiliate sales agreement with them. But the main point is - the more a FlyFi user plays the track you have provided, the more that track will begin showing up in other users' libraries and recommendation lists throughout the FlyFi network. So, what's in it for you is nothing less than new fans and increased sales for emerging artists, established artists, and even back catalog.

How do I know how TAP is working?
Emergent Music will provide you with a weekly log of activity around your free track. You can ask us to pull your free track from the free music bin any time after 60 days.

What's in it for Emergent Music?
Our pledge is to provide the best music recommendations to our users and to provide a venue for artists to reach their audiences. Your free TAP tracks will help create a quality FlyFi brand and loyal following. More satisfied FlyFi users means more affiliate sales of music, which is a way that we generate revenue.

Will This Require Much Manpower?
No. All you have to do is return a signed FlyFi TAP Agreement covering a track or group of tracks, and provide us with the answers to a few simple questions when you submit the track. Once these steps have been completed, your track enters the FlyFi TAP program and is presented to our members.

Should I expect a surge in sales shortly after submitting a track?
No, not yet anyway. FlyFi is based on brand new technology and is just launching. It will take awhile for us to get to critical mass; however, we already have thousands of users and are planning aggressive marketing campaigns. We'll keep you updated on a regular basis about our audience growth and profile, the progress of your track(s), and new programs for artists and labels.
